Hi! I am super excited for the start of a new school year! My family and I have lived in the Northland for about two decades and have enjoyed the sense of community we feel here. I have been married for 25 years, and we have three sons aged 16, 18, and 20. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, listening to music, watching movies, playing video games, and working in my garden.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from Missouri State University and earned my Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in May. I also hold an Early Childhood Education and Special Education teaching certificate and have worked or been involved in education for over three decades. My passion has always been to help all students find their path to success, and I’m thrilled to learn more about my students!
