Hello! My name is Susan Finn, and I have been a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Platte County R-3 School District since 2023. I earned my bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University and my master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University.

I currently have the pleasure of serving students at Compass Elementary, where I enjoy helping children build the communication skills they need to be successful in the classroom and beyond.

I live in Weston, Missouri, with my husband, Keith, our dog, Elias, and our two cats, Lacy and Lana. We also have two wonderful adult children—a son and a daughter. Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family, and gardening. I look forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to support each child's communication journey throughout the school year!
