Welcome to 3rd grade at Compass Elementary! We are going to have a great year with many educational activities and some ENJOYABLE and EXCITING learning.

I live in Platte City with my husband, Matt, who is the Director of Bands here at Platte County. We have two daughters, two cats, and one dog! Our family loves the KC Royals through the good times and bad. I enjoy reading, shopping, and baseball, but what I enjoy the most is watching my girls on their swim team.

A long time ago, I graduated from Rockhurst College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. I decided to go back to school to be a teacher, so off to Park University I went for my Elementary Education degree. Since then, I have earned a Masters of Education in School Law and in Educational Leadership.

It's always fun to learn new things!
