Hi, my name is Rachel Mittendorf. This is my sixth year at Compass Elementary. I graduated with my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Truman State University in Psychology and Elementary Education.  I also completed my Ed. Specialist degree from NWMSU in 2023. I have a toddler named Beckham who is 2 years old. He takes up most of my time but I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Zach and my Goldendoodles, Slugger and Yadi. I love having coffee  with friends, reading, and watching sports.
