Hello everybody, my name is Spencer Smith and I teach PE at Compass Elementary! This will be my third year teaching PE in Missouri, and second at Platte County. On top of teaching at Compass, I also coach football and track for the middle school, as well as JV girls basketball at the high school.
I grew up in a small town in Iowa, and attended Northwest Missouri State University where I met my fiancé, Abigail, who is an Early Childhood Special Education teacher in Smithville. Outside of school, Abigail and I enjoy traveling, camping, getting active outside, and watching the Chiefs and Hawkeyes football team.
